Kundalini activation sessions are a direct energetic transmission to activate the most powerful energy within our body.
Through this process, we will harness the power of our own life force energy, leading to deep transformation, healing and stepping into our creative power.
This energy has its own intelligence, and it's going to meet you exactly where you are. It might not give you what you expect, you will receive exactly what you need.
These sessions are for those who are ready to meet themselves at a deeper level, reconnect with their hearts and step into their true authenticity and power. It's a journey of surrendering and returning home to ourselves.
How to prepare for your session: 🐍
🌿 Do not eat heavy foods for about 3 hours prior to session. Lighter foods mean lighter YOU. Try to avoid caffeine on that day.
🌿 Do not drink alcohol or use drugs for at least 24 hours prior to the session.
🌿 Stay hydrated and have water with you.
🌿 The yoga mats will be provided, you don't need to bring your own.
🌿Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.
Who should not attend:
These sessions are not recommended to those with epilepsy, prone to mania, delusion or psychosis. As this process will expand your capacity to feel, you will have to be able to handle the emotional process in between sessions. If this is too difficult to handle on your own, we recommend you not to continue with the sessions. Pregnant over 6 months are advised to wait until the birth of a baby and postpone the sessions.
