Life Figure Drawing - LGBTQ+ Affinity Space
We are celebrating Pride month all of June with Life Figure Drawing sessions specifically created for the LGBTQ+ community. Come enjoy a relaxed, closed-studio environment with a live model posing for 2 hours. All models are members of the LGBTQ+ community and have been carefully selected to provide a range of body types, identities, and lived experiences for sketching. Models will be compensated for their time in class and accepting tips on site as well. Models will be fully nude. Register for one session or all - we are featuring a different model every Sunday in June!
This is an LGBTQ+ affinity space for Pride month, so we ask that you only register for this event if you are a member of the greater queer community. We love our fierce allies, but ask that you do not register for this specific event.
Come join us for an inclusive and creative space where you can express yourself freely through art. All levels are welcome, whether you're a seasoned artist or just starting out. Artists should bring their drawing medium of choice such as sketch pads and pencils, drawing tablet, etc. No drawing materials will be provided.
Body shaming, sexual commentary, or lewd jokes of any kind have a zero-tolerance policy in this environment and you will be asked to leave immediately if such occurs.
