✏️ Life Drawing in a Shop ✏️
Life Drawing Lab return with a new series of casual, community life drawing classes! This time held in a beautiful vintage shop. These classes are designed to bring together Penryn's burgeoning arts scene and provide a professional yet exciting alternative to the life drawing scene.
Thsee classes are for artists of all abilities. Each session begins with a guided artist-led warm-up - intended to help you break free from the day's troubles and help you reach creative flow.
We will have different models every week: nude, clothed or costumed, we will also experiment with lighting, furniture, props and textiles to create exciting scenes. Pose timings will vary, and can be flexible depending on the group's preferences.
Sessions take place at Three of Cups Vintage - 20 Lower Market Street, Penryn, Cornwall, TR10 8BG.
Hey, we are also a licensed bar! So drinks will be available to purchase at the event.
BYO paper, drawing boards & materials. Please note, this is a working shop so we unfortunately cannot use wet materials, e.g. paints and inks etc. Chairs will be provided, but you will need to bring something to lean on!
Sessions will begin promptly at 7:15, where the doors will be locked and blinds drawn for safeguarding purposes. Don't be late!

We fairly pay our models in line with RAM guidelines. If you're self-employed and experienced or interested in modelling, contact Peach at: [email protected] we are always eager to hear from theatrical performers - and have previously worked with wrestlers, puppeteers, yogis, drag performers, dancers and hula hoop artists!
