About this Event
Hi everyone!
We are excited to announce that we are back with a festive session of life drawing IRL (in real life!).
To celebrate the chance to get together again and practise some mindfulness through a lovely evening of booze and drawing…
…we are also bringing joy with some LIVE MUSIC!
How does that sound?
If you are new to our evenings, you must know that the subject of your piece of work will be a nude model, Diana and her dog, Dido (yes, there will also be a gorgeous greyhound!) who will be guided through different poses, from short to longer ones. Feel free to draw using your favourite techniques.
We will be providing paper and different materials, but you are welcome to bring your own stuff if you are a pro!
Open to all levels, the result will never be the objective, but enjoying process, being present and grateful.
We are here to bring joy and create community, not to become little Dalís!
The session will be untutored, to allow everyone to just engage with the music played live by Pharoah Russell (@pharoahrussell).
Pharoah is a drummer, singer, song writer and composer that will be playing ambient, atmospheric music which combined with the model poses will create a unique event!
We are looking forward to it and we will be waiting for you at Dogstar - 2nd floor!
