About your host

Dr. Leonaura Rhodes is a mom first and foremost, and like many of us, she’s had her share of ups and downs. There was a time when she completely lost sight of who she was—feeling stuck, unfulfilled, and deeply out of alignment.

But as a physician, brain health expert, and life coach, she became passionately curious about how to turn things around—and once she did, she made it her mission to help other moms do the same.

Through her book Beyond Soccer Mom: Strategies for a Fabulous Balanced Life, her coaching work, podcast appearances, and her role as a parenting expert for Caravan Wellness, Dr. Leonaura has helped hundreds of moms rediscover who they are, design lives they truly love, and learn to love themselves again.
