Life Cycling Circles

Life isn't a lecture, and neither is this. Whether you're struggling to navigate life (and cycling) transitions or realize optimal health, or have simply been there and done ALL of that, this event was planned for you! The group was created to hold and support you, wherever you're at, and remind you that there are many more women out there who feel just as unheard as you do. This is a space of listening, guidance, respect, and sacredness. It may get messy, but know that when you're here, you don't have to figure out how to clean it up all alone.

Our experts, in the fields of nutrition, nervous system regulation, and reproductive health, haven't lived exactly what you have. YOU are the experts of your own bodies that we're calling on to make this awesome. We're here to share, educate, laugh, cry, and grow together in a safe space with real professionals. No class. No limits. No holding back. Hope, fulfillment, calm, and empowerment await you here. As well as an opportunity to be part of a caring tribe and community along the way! We're here to have the genuine conversations that aren't being held, and keep them going outside of the room, in the real world.
