Join us for a public talk by Anong Migwans Beam, artist, author, and founder of Beam Paints. Celebrate the release of her first online publication, Carl Beam: Life & Work (2024). As author, daughter, and storyteller, Anong offers a profound portrait of her father’s life and a chronicle of his extraordinary multimedia practice, including key connections to the Thunder Bay Art Gallery. Revel in her natural pigments in the exhibition petal, clay, berry, leaf: natural inks, dyes, and pigments in Northern Ontario.
