This session was designed to hold space for women who have experienced a loss in remembering love, releasing pain, and reclaiming their joy. In a warm, supportive setting, you’ll be guided through reflective practices, gentle movement, expressive journaling, and sharing circles that acknowledge the depth of our losses while igniting hope for what comes next. You will reconnect with the love that remains, liberate heavy emotions, and step into a renewed sense of possibility and joy.

Releasing The Pain: Release Ritual, Light Movement, & Breath Work
Info: Art experience to support preparation for release. Gentle, guided somatic stretches and breath awareness to anchor you in your body and support the release process.
Reconnecting To Joy: Heart- Focused Meditation + Reclaim Joy Activity
