LIVE at The Crypt:Licorice Chamber is the solo moniker of Layla Reyna (Strap On Halo) whose music can be branded as dreamy darkwave. Infused with opulent goth-pop influences, Layla’s haunting and distinctive vocal style remains at the forefront of the music. Music characterized by lavish, cinematic darkwave synths; flickering melodic guitars; and hook-driven dark pop melodicism. The solo project now a full band includes Marc Jones (Strap On Halo) on guitar, Joe Fox on bass and Cory Sorrentino on live drums.
Neurogeist is a Tacoma based band with heavy rhythms with a well crafted mashup of Industrial, metal, EDM and haunting lyrics.
Replicas is bass-driven, dark and moody, featuring the cold pulse of electronic drum machine rhythms while synths and guitar inhale and exhale in controlled synchronization. Restrained vocals fear to reveal the current of emotion beneath the audible. The lyrics refuse to allow you to sink below the surface of despair with no hope of a return to the light. Darkness shining out of the gloom to burn the shadows from your soul.
