About this Event
The third talk of a trilogy on the history of Lichfield, from the late Victorian times through to the 1980s. This final part looks at the Swinging Sixties, the time of the Beatles and Carnaby Street fashion, and how this impacted on Lichfield, and goes through to the 1980s, the decade when technology began to appear, from mobile phones to the beginning of personal computers.
The talk is hosted by Lichfield tour guide and historian Jono Oates and lasts one hour, with a question and answer session at the end. The talk can be enjoyed as part of the trilogy, but can also be enjoyed as a 'stand alone' talk.
Following the talk guests can have a look round the Arthur Price Factory shop, and will recdive an exclusive discount voucher.
