⏰ Time: 2:00 PM PT

The California Blockchain Advocacy Coalition (CBAC) and BRG are pleased to co-host a special fireside chat with Brynly Llyr, Deputy Commissioner of Digital Financial Assets Law at the California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation (DFPI).
Moderated by Joe Ciccolo (CBAC) and Michael Hollerich (BRG), this conversation will explore California’s Digital Financial Assets Law (DFAL) and the state’s approach to fostering responsible innovation while providing regulatory clarity in the digital asset sector.
Beginning July 1, 2026, companies must be licensed by the DFPI—or have submitted a license application—to operate in California and engage in digital financial asset business activity with California residents.
Join us as we discuss regulatory expectations for crypto companies, the licensing process, opportunities for industry engagement, and California’s leadership in advancing thoughtful regulation.
✨ Don’t miss this chance to gain valuable insights and connect with fellow industry leaders. We look forward to seeing you there!
