Need community service hours for school? Want to make the library a better place? Join the Library Teen Advisory Board! The Teen Advisory Board (TAB) is an opportunity for young people in West Sacramento to serve their community by sharing their ideas to make the library a better place, planning events, and more, all while gaining valuable leadership experience that looks great on a college application, and fulfilling their service learning requirement for school. Students receive guidance and mentorship from library staff, but are encouraged to take initiative and follow their interests and passions. TAB meets on the first Tuesday of each month from 4:30-5:30, and we have snacks and free book giveaways!
