The Library offers one-to-one Library Basics Tech Coaching. Pre-registration is required and sessions are designed to address a single issue and last for 30 minutes.The following are examples of topics covered:
Downloading or streaming the Library’s eBooks, eAudiobooks, magazines, eFilms, and eMusic. Basic computer, tablet, e-reader, or smartphone skills. Setting up and using email and basic word processing and spreadsheet questions, as well as assistance with the Library catalog and online resources.
There are sessions available on Wednesdays at the Central Library between 2:00 - 4:00pm and at the Bellis Fair Branch on Thursdays from 4:00 - 5:00pm. To register for a session, call the Help Desk at (360) 778-7323.
