About this Event
Join Artful Connections, a welcoming art therapy social group led by a Master’s-trained Art Therapist on the Second Friday of every month. These sessions invite you to explore a variety of art materials, experiment with creative expression, and connect with like-minded people in a supportive and inspiring environment. No art experience necessary!
These sessions will provide a space for you to choose your own (artistic) adventure. Whether you want to brush away the week and work on mindfulness-based art exercises or take the opportunity to explore the areas of your life that are most important to you, then these sessions are for you!
There will also be opportunities to discuss ideas and share thoughts with the group, as well as the art therapy facilitator, however sharing and contributing to discussions is optional.
Registration is not compulsory, but is preferred.

If you do not wish to be photographed and/or filmed, please advise the organiser at the start of the event.
