Come join us for 2 days of liberty fun, October 11/12, 2025. Cost is $320 for the 2 days including GST. Rachelle will be teaching semi private sessions which are suitable for all horses (big or small) and all ages.Watch this video to get a feel of what will be covered:
Rachelle has been in the horse industry since a very young age competing, teaching, training, doing rescue and rehabilitation work with horses. The rescue and rehabilitation work with horses put her on the path of learning liberty training techniques, because much of the conventional training methods had failed to work with these types of horses on a mental and or physical level.
Liberty has become a “lifestyle “with all horses Rachelle works with. Lifestyle meaning that the concepts behind true connection/relationship-based liberty are always put in place with your horse, even if you must have tack on. The needs of the horse are met as natural as possible considering their natural herd behaviour and environment.
Rachelle has learned from many great connection/relationship-based liberty horse trainers from around the world. She has competed through the International Liberty Horse Association and won many Championships in Liberty and Bridleless Riding and still holds the highest points ever achieved with this organization. Many of her students have competed and won Championships in both Liberty and Bridleless riding through the International Liberty Horse Association and The Youth Equine Liberty Organization that caters to youth and amateurs.
Rachelle’s barn hosted the very first ever live Liberty Show in Canada with an International Liberty Judge!! Rachelle has been teaching liberty all over Alberta with her passion being rescue work, and rehabilitating horses using liberty techniques. Rachelle continues to learn more and more about liberty training, and she sees the huge improvements it makes for building better connections with horses.
