WHO AM I?
My name is Sara, I am a trauma-informed women's embodiment facilitator, trained in sensual somatics and works from a shamanic perspective. I am currently deepening my wisdom in tantric sexology and de-armouring. I am passionate about the wisdom in our bodies, wombs and deeper layers of our beings. In my own feminine embodiment journey, I have connected deeply with the suppressed parts of myself through movement medicine and tantric somatic work. I hold space with soft love, playfulness and some wild sassy energy.
