Mary has facilitated mindfulness/meditation/yoga in various settings since 2015. They have trained at The Zen Buddhist Center of Ann Arbor, MI, Shiné Yoga and Wake Up Yoga in Philadelphia, MBSR course at Blue Banyan Yoga in Philadelphia, Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga under Bessel Van Der Kolk at Kripalu in Stockbridge, MA, and has taken workshops with Pema Chodron, and Jack Kornfield.
