Welcome to OUT Sports League SOCCER!OUT Sports League provides fun, recreational, and social sports leagues to Central Florida's LGBTQ+ community. Our Soccer league is designed to be inclusive of people of skill levels and backgrounds. We use US Certified Soccer Referees to create a fun, fair and fabulous playing environment. This season games will be played on the Dr. James R. Smith Neighborhood Center Softball Fields.
𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝗗𝗥𝗔𝗙𝗧 𝘀𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀 𝗯𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗮 𝗱𝗿𝗮𝗳𝘁. Everyone registers as an INDIVIDUAL and you will be able to join with ONE (1) buddy during registration. Please ensure that if you register with a buddy that you each name each other during registration, chains of friends will not be permitted. If you wish to be considered as a Team Captain and participate in our captain's draft you can indicate your interest during registratrion.
Please keep in mind this is a RECREATIONAL soccer league and there will be a mix of advanced, intermediate and even first time players on your team.

8 Week Soccer Season
Thursdays from April 3 to May 22
Make up date: May 29
Games start at: 6:45pm, 7:45pm, and 8:45pm
- Teams are created by a Captain's Draft prior to the start of the season.
- Games are played 9v9 (8 on the pitch and 1 goalkeeper), players may sub on any stoppage.
- Games last 50 minutes (two 25-minute halves and a 5-minute half time). All games officiated.
- All players must wear shin guards and team color shirt in order to participate
- No offsides and no slide tackling. All fouls are indirect free kicks except for penalty kicks.
League Format depends on amount of teams
- 6 teams | 1 practice week, 5 regular season, 2 week tournament
- 7 teams | 7 regular season weeks, 1 bye week, 1 week tournament

Yes, all teams have extra players on them just in case you're absent on a given week. Teams can also use substitute players.

During registration there is a field where you can list the friend you want to play with and the league will place you together
