About this Event
We believe personal safety and confidence is a right but we also understand that some members of our society may be targeted for their beliefs, who they love or how they identify. That's why we are holding an inclusive self-defense class where all are welcome to come learn in a safe environment, free from judgement or hate.
This hands-on self-defense class will focus on risk reduction strategies, criminal and defensive mindsets, identifying vulnerable targets, using our personal weapons, developing devastating strikes, defense against grabs or strangulation, stranger versus non-stranger attacks, de-escalation and more. We would love to have you join us as we become loud, powerful and empowered!
- Class is open to students ages 12 and over.
- A signed waiver will be required to participate.
- Refunds available up to 7 days before the event.
