Join Sommelier Timothy Dillon at top-rated wine shop Le Du's Wines as we explore their curated selections for Summer enjoyment. We will be exploring the best chilled reds, bold rose', and the unique qualities of oranges. What exactly are they and will the varietal become your new summertime favorite? Best of all, there will be no blah rose' wines at this event! Light wines for summer can be very flavorful!
Throughout the evening of tastings, there is plenty of time to meet some amazing professionals while enjoying a full wine flight together!
- Upon arrival, you will be greeted with a lovely sparkling wine.
- The program and the full tasting will begin at 7:00 pm.
- Throughout the evening, you will receive generous, repeat tastings of six additional distinctive wines with commentary.
- Artisanal bread, cheese, and charcuterie will clear your palate between repeat tastings of this evening's selections.

Timothy Dillon is a Certified Sommelier with the Sommelier Society of America and has worked in fine wine and spirits for well over a decade.
