We take an Inclusive Holistic health, approach which considers the whole person—body, mind, spirit, and emotions, we strongly believe in healing power of connection and community.
These meditation and sound healing sessions exclusively for the lgbtq community will be led by Scott Williamson from connection to self, he is a life purpose wellbeing coach, Reiki teacher and sound practitioner with over 2 decades of experience, who believes as a gay man, and through his own experiences that a holistic approach can be particularly beneficial for lgbtq individuals, who may face unique experiences & challenges within his community.

We want to emphasize that this workshop is open to all, regardless of ability to pay. No one will be turned away due to financial constraints.
On the evening of the workshop, there will be a donation box located at the counter. We kindly ask that, if you are able, you contribute whatever amount feels comfortable and affordable for you. Your generous donations will help us continue offering these accessible workshops to the community.
