LGBTQ+ Life Sciences Meet Up is taking on a volunteer day with Project C.U.R.E. on Saturday, April 26th! Please join us in preparing medical supplies for shipment to hospital in clinics in need. Tasks involve sorting, packing, and warehousing medical supplies. This will be a fun, engaging, and hands-on experience.

**Please sign up for the event one week prior by Saturday, April 19th.
Please register and follow thet steps below:
1. Click on your group’s web page on our volunteer site: https://vhub.at/LGBTQLifeSc
2. New volunteers will create a profile.
3. Read/approve the annual waiver of liability if you're new or if your waiver has expired.
4. Volunteers under 18 must print a copy of the waiver and bring the PRINTED form when they come in order to volunteer. This waiver will remain on file throughout 2024.
5. Sign up for the event by clicking on the date/time for your group.
6. Minimum age for our volunteers is 14.
ACCESSIBILITY
Clothing - Please wear closed-toed shoes. We also highly recommend that individuals wear comfortable clothes (for bending, kneeling, lifting, etc).
Orientation - Project C.U.R.E. will first conduct a brief orientation and training for any new volunteers before starting our session.
Food and Drink - We have a break room and a refrigerator available for your use. You may bring snacks and beverages for your group.
Cancellations - We have a limited number of volunteer spots available during each shift. Please make sure that you have estimated the number in your group as closely as possible. Should you need to cancel or update the count, please do so at least one week in advance so that we can make these spots available to other volunteers and ensure that we have adequate volunteers.
