We are hosting a community day on Sunday the 19th at 2:00 at party headquarters in downtown Louisburg at 108 E Nash St.All members are encouraged to attend, bring a friend, and bring food to share. You are welcome to cook something or buy a premade dish. Anything made for dietary restrictions please make sure it's labeled!
Please let us know when you decide what you'd like to bring so I can update the list.
This is a day of fun, socializing, games, music, and good food. This is not a meeting or related to any party business. We would love to bring in members of the local LGBTQ+ community who are not necessarily involved in the party, people looking for a safe place, and even registered independents.
The caucus is also working on a food drive through January for Operation Full Tummies in Franklin County. Collecting non-perishables, pantry staples, canned goods, condiments, spices, easy-to-prep box meals, special dietary foods, and single-serve canned meals. Always consider the ingredients needed to make a dish when donating boxed meals. Many food pantries get very little donations for ingredients such as oils, spices, condiments, or even salt & pepper.
