Valentine's Day is a great reminder to show love and appreciation for others, but on February 13th, our Leadership Frederick County alumni will have the opportunity to reflect on the importance of self-care – because leaders need love too!Join the LFC Alumni Committee for an illuminating morning session focused on the value of prioritizing self-care from a holistic perspective. Gain insights from fellow alumni as they discuss their own experiences and professional perspectives on the physical and emotional necessity of making space for rest and wellness along your leadership journey.
Presenters:
-Aaron Vander Meer, Class of 2022, will facilitate the session
-Carly Lederer, Class of 2016, will lead the group in a grounding exercise
-Eric Louers-Phillips, Class of 2023, will share about the importance of physical wellbeing
-Alison Bomba, Class of 2022, will share the importance of emotional self-care in leadership
-Jenn Metcalf, Class of 2020, will lead the group in a self-care takeaway plan
