• LATE ENTRIES: Accepted ringside on show day.

RULES and REGULATIONS
1. Show Starts at 9:00 am on Sunday, September 21, 2025. Please check the show office for specific division/class orders.
2. ADMINISTRATION FEE: All persons in this show will be required to pay a $10.00 administration fee.
3. Exhibitors will receive Admission Passes to the email that is listed on the entry form. Exhibitor admission passes will be allocated based on the number of horses entered.
4. ENTRIES: All online entries must be made by the entry deadline: September 3, 2025. A late fee will be applied after this deadline and absolutely no online entries will be accepted after September 10, 2025. Entries will be accepted at the show office on show day.
5. Any exhibitor having an entry in any class and failing to exhibit, or leaves the ring without being excused, shall forfeit all prize money and entry fees.
6. The committee reserves the right to alter conditions or to refuse entries.
7. No schooling will be permitted inside Horse Ring A without permission.
8. Horse Ring B is available day of show as warm-up ring.
9. Any exhibitor who creates a disturbance, whether by openly criticizing the judge or using obscene language to any judge or official, shall thereby forfeit the right to any premium and may be suspended by the Society from exhibiting.
10. A rider is allowed one minute after first call by in-gate steward to enter the ring. If not available at that time, the horse and rider may be eliminated.
11. Beginner riders are 13 years of age and under and have never shown at the canter. Beginners cannot enter any other divisions.
12. When mounted, all riders must wear an ASTM approved helmet that is properly secured. Riders or horses must wear their exhibitor number at all times. Proper show attire is expected.
13. No ringside coaching is allowed. Otherwise rider will be excused.
14. Exhibitors must be members of Ontario Equestrian or provide private liability insurance (minimum $2 million). PROOF OF CURRENT MEMBERSHIP/INSURANCE MUST ACCOMPANY THE ENTRY FORM.
