About this Event
Join us for an evening exploring the ecological themes of Sukkot with Boston-based Yiddish song ensemble, Levyosn. The band takes its name from the Ashkenazi Hebrew word for the leviathan, a mythical sea creature traveling the world’s oceans collecting songs, krill, and dreams. This interactive program will include sing-alongs, stories, and original and traditional songs performed with intricate arrangements and rich vocal harmonies. You can learn more about Levyosn at levyosnmusic.com
This exciting evening is free and open to all, thanks to a grant from Combined Jewish Philanthropies.
