Creating an environment that fosters diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) has become a necessity for organizations aiming to drive innovation, boost employee engagement, and elevate their overall performance. Artificial Intelligence (AI) holds the potential to enhance the way we approach DEI, offering data-driven insights and process automation. Our "Leveraging AI in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion" workshop is crafted to empower you with the knowledge and tools necessary to leverage generative AI to advance DEI and be aware of some of the challenges it brings.Throughout our workshop, we will unveil the diverse ways in which AI can positively influence diversity, equity and inclusion. Recognising and mitigating these issues is vital for building and maintaining a truly inclusive workplace. As the workshop unfolds, we will dissect case studies on how companies can leverage generative AI. These real-world examples will illustrate the successful utilisation of AI to boost DEI while also providing valuable lessons from instances where AI falls short.
