About this Event
Level Up Nights: Rhythm & Ropes is a high-energy, inclusive movement night rooted in rhythm, teamwork, and excellence.
This February event serves as the kickoff for our Rhythm & Ropes program, highlighting movement traditions connected to Black history while creating a fun, welcoming space for kids, teens, adults, and families to jump in together.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Participants will rotate through interactive stations, including:
- Double Dutch basics (timing, jump-ins, teamwork)
- Agility drills (footwork, coordination, balance)
- Step & Stomp session (rhythm, call-and-response, energy)
- Speed jump challenges (endurance and friendly competition)
All activities are beginner-friendly and designed for all ages and all skill levels. Participants can join in, rotate stations, or cheer others on.

BLACK HISTORY MONTH
Double Dutch and stepping are living cultural traditions rooted in Black history. Rhythm & Ropes celebrates these practices through movement, connection, and community—history in motion.

🎟️ Solo Jumper — $5 (Suggested Donation)
For individual participants joining Rhythm & Ropes activities.
👨👩👧👦 Family Pass (Up to 4) — $15
For families participating together.
Kids under 2 attend free.
🪢 Team Pass (Up to 10) — $35
Great for teams, crews, or groups jumping together.

- Structured learning activities run through 8:00 PM
- Open play, showcase, and community time continue until 9:00 PM
