Session 1 - Naming, acknowledging, and addressing burnout: Burnout isn’t a badge of honor—it’s a warning sign. Blake knows that firsthand. After leadership opportunities left him completely burned out, he turned his experience into a mission to help others recognize and prevent it. Focused on “completing the stress cycle,” Blake will share the science behind stress and burnout along with practical, research-backed strategies to manage both.
