Level Up in Your Local is a safe, welcoming space for anyone over 18 who wants to:
Build resilience
Strengthen their mindset
Learn simple tools to support mental health
Connect with others in the community
🗓 Sessions run on the last Tuesday of every month.
💷 Free to attend – just turn up.
☕ Drinks available at the bar (tea, coffee and cordial also available at low cost).
This isn’t therapy, it’s a supportive community, relaxed conversation, and practical tools that can help everyone in day to day life.
