Level Up! This retreat has been thoughtfully designed to help you reset, tap into your inner strengthen and deepen your body wisdom. Through master classes and dynamic workshops, we hope to leave you feeling recharged and inspired to lead from within!
This day will be filled with several barre classes, a mindset focused chat with a Functional Medicine Practitioner, intention setting, a healthy lunch, a self care talk with a Leadership Coach and because we aren't too serious, let's end the day with a happy hour!
Hosted at the beautiful Chesapeake Bay Beach Club, this charming and elegant boutique retreat is just an hour from DC and Baltimore, right across the Bay Bridge from Annapolis, MD. Participants are welcome to spend the night at the inn following the retreat. Call the front desk to reserve a room with a 10% discount on room rates for event attendees.
