Volunteer, teacher, relative—if you work on the front lines of stress or trauma, this training is for you. You will learn to use the arts as a tool for mental and emotional first aid in this two -day Responder training. Just like you can be trained in first aid for the body, we will teach you powerful tools for boosting your resilience to stress in order to care well for yourself and others.

COST:
This workshop costs $375-575, on a sliding scale based on income. The training rate includes:
• 12 hours of training
• Printed manual
• Art supplies
• Toolkit to bring home
• Lunch, beverages, and snacks during workshop hours
• Unlimited access to HQ, our online post-training resource platform

FINANCIAL AID:
Because of our commitment to accessibility, we offer 10 discounted scholarships and 2 work-study opportunities for each training.
