The frequency and complexity of challenges facing organizations are increasing at staggering rates.The criticality of our teams to truly understand and solve problems could not be more important. We all possess the innate capacity to solve problems and innovate, but without the right process and training, solving the wrong problem or merely treating a symptom, is highly likely. Unlike traditional sit-and-get courses, we impart crucial learning by doing innovation and problem-solving skills to cohort members who apply, lead, teach, engage, and apply their newly acquired knowledge to their own problems – ready for real world application.
· Days 1 & 2: How to use the Basadur Applied Creativity methodology - Tim Basadur, a highly experienced and skilled professional facilitator, will introduce cohort members to the foundational tools and processes necessary for innovation and problem-solving using the Basadur methodology.
· Day 2 & 3: Facilitation Using the Basadur Applied Creativity – Tim will engage cohort members on how to facilitate and lead problem-solving and innovation workshops using the Basadur methodology.
This unique combination of an expert-led workshop equips cohort members with the knowledge, skills, and practice necessary to embrace tomorrow’s challenges confidently and capably.
