This Level 3 seminar builds on the skills and mindset you learned in the Level 1 and 2 seminars. If our Level 1 seminar is the foundation seminar, the base on what everything is built, then level 2 and three are the walls. They are the rest of the house that keeps you safe.The Level 3 Women's Self Defense Seminar focuses on how to stay alive if things go to the ground, and how to fight your way back up. The ground is a scary place, and conventional wisdom says that many fights end up there. This seminar will cover what to do when you are there, how to access your weapon while on the ground, and how to get back up to get away.

NOTE: You are required to have attended our Level 1 and Level 2 seminars before attending this class.
We are also assuming that you are taking your self protection seriously. For this class we are requesting students to bring the weapon they are carrying to this seminar. We will cover carry options, optimal accessing techniques specific to the weapons brought, and further options available.
