This is a 2 day, certified facilitation training for Complex and Sensitive cases designed by Charlotte Calkin of Restorative Engagement Forum, who will be joining us from London England. Drawing on years of experience working in this area, Charlotte will be covering the specific requirements of cases relating to domestic violence, sexual harm and intimate partner violence.
Your instructor: Charlotte Calkin is the founder of Restorative Engagement Forum which delivers various training, support, consultancy, and interventions across sectors like health, education, criminal justice, and the workplace. She has a Masters in Applied Criminology from Cambridge University, researching Restorative Justice in UK prisons.
She works with diverse organisations, including a Premier League Football Club and the Independent Office of Police Conduct to embed restorative cultures. Notable achievements include winning the Howard League Award for Restorative Approaches, delivering restorative justice workshops at international events, and co-authoring Restorative Justice Council (RJC) guidelines on working with Restorative Justice in Cases of Sexual Harm. She holds accreditation with the RJC and specialises in Complex and Sensitive cases.
