Level 2 Food Safety in Hospitality 2 Day Course Tuesday and Wednesday

This course covers the qualification needed in order to obtain employment with the Hospitality and Catering Sector: that would be bars, restaurants, cafes, hospitals etc

The course is 7 hours in total and will be spread over two days, 3.5 hours per day with a multi choice exam when the course is finished. Upon completion a Certificate is issued and will last for 3 years.

The studies and modules will include the following:

• The importance of Food Safety
• Food Contamination
• Bacteriology (including food poisoning/food borne diseases)
• The Law
• All aspects of food storage, time and temperature controls, deliveries, cleaning and Pest Control

PLEASE ENSURE YOU ATTEND BOTH DAYS TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY, BOTH DAYS MUST BE ATTENDED FOR THE CERTIFICATE TO BE VALID
