This is our intermediate partner acrobatics class, for students with an established acroyoga practice.With a common vocabulary of moves and more experienced spotters, we can explore more challenging poses and transitions. Participants should be able to fly and/or base a variety of fundamental acro transitions, and more importantly be able to spot others in those moves.
