Reiki is a form of energy work that helps one connect to the universal life force that exists all around us. Reiki can help us discover more peace, ease, healing, calm, and joy in our lives.

We spend a lot of our time doing hands on practice as well as talking about different ways to integrate Reiki into your life.
You will learn the fundamental principles of Reiki, understand the chakra system, and discover how to channel healing energy for yourself and others. Level 1 Reiki Certificate, Attunement, and Manual will be included.
We ask that you come prepared with healing intentions, wear comfortable clothing, and removable shoes.
You will also have access to sound healing instruments, crystals, aromatherapy, and other healing divination tools. We hold space for you in this intimate, confidential, and sacred space.
Space is limited and tickets must be purchased prior to class unless other arrangements have been made.
