In this 8-week, Level 1 series, Ally will be teaching a Mahmoud Reda & Farida Fahmy inspired, vintage-style choreography to the song "Muwashahat Masri" by Jalal Joubi & Ensemble. Ally recommends having taken at least 1 month of Intro-Level Belly Dance classes before starting this choreography; and she highly recommends continuing the intro classes in conjunction with the choreo session.Participants are invited to perform this choreo in our annual student stage production, Raqs Alba, on Nov. 1st at South Broadway Cultural Center!
Classes are held at Sirena Studio every Monday at 7:15pm. Choreography session begins Sept. 8th.
Students must attend a minimum of 6 of the 8 classes in order to perform. The final class of the session is mandatory, as it will be a dress rehearsal.
