🖤 12 Hours of In-Studio Training (Oct 25–26)
🖤 3 Hours of Shadowing & Assisting Classes at Any VPS Location
🖤 3 Written Curriculum Assignments (Due by Nov 1)
🖤 4 Hours on Graduation Day (Teach a Live Class + Support Fellow Trainees)
🖤 VPS Level 1 Instructor Certificate upon successful completion

✔️ How to create a structured, safe & inspiring pole class
✔️ Foundational spins, transitions, posture, cueing & grip instruction
✔️ Basic spotting techniques & injury prevention
✔️ Verbal cueing, music, classroom tips, and more
