Are you ready to take your movement practice to the next level? If you're looking for a program that combines a variety of movement disciplines into one comprehensive practice, then the Level 1 Movement Flow Course is perfect for you! With 5 days of intensive training in Vitoria-Gasteiz at the Balea studio, you'll gain the tools and skills you need to become faster, stronger, more controlled and more fluid.


At Movement Flow, we believe that the body is capable of incredible things, and that's why we combine elements from yoga, dance, acrobatics, hand balancing, martial arts and more to create a practice that challenges you in all the right ways. Not only will you gain strength and flexibility, but you'll also develop a greater sense of coordination and body awareness. Plus, it's just plain fun!


During our 5 days together, you'll cover a range of topics that will teach your body to move with grace and precision. Slava Goloubov the creator of Movement Flow will guide you through each subject, providing personalized attention and feedback to ensure that you get the most out of your training.


Ground Flow is a key concept that we will develop to strengthen your interaction with the floor, allowing for effortless transitions and the ability to use any surface to propel yourself into motion. In the Soft Acrobatic section, you will gain insight into the basis of all acrobatic movements, and progress through attainable progressions to develop your skills at every level.


In the Mind VS Matter section, we'll test the threshold of what your mind can handle, using a variety of techniques that Slava picked up while training with the Shaolin monks in China. We'll challenge ourselves, test the edges, and increase the endurance of our minds to push ourselves to our limits.


Body Balance is all about building a strong framework to help protect us from injury. We'll focus on strengthening your slow-twitch muscles through various exercises including long holds, helping you to build strength and endurance to adapt to whatever challenges come your way. Dynamic Flexibility opens up the door to an active range of motion, helping you to gain greater control and freedom through your range.


Finally, in Exit Strategies/Reaction Training, we'll help you learn how to react in any situation, using games, techniques, and simple props to rewire your nervous system and become more vigilant and responsive to your environment.

Key Details:
Experience Level:
This course is designed for all levels of experience. However, it is important to note that it is a physically demanding and hands-on course. You will not only learn the theory but also practice and integrate the education into your own body. So, be prepared to work hard both physically and mentally.


What to Bring:
Make sure you bring training gear such as shorts, t-shirts, or tank tops, comfortable pants, and socks for floor work. It is also important to bring snacks, fluids, and lunch, and have a healthy breakfast to give you lots of energy for the day.


Facilitator:
The course will be facilitated by Slava Goloubov, who has studied with circus coaches, Shaolin monks, professional acrobats, and martial art teachers from around the world. He has developed his own techniques and protocols to help students achieve their goals, and his mission is to share his passion for education with his students.


Certification:
To receive the Movement Flow Level 1 Certificate, you must attend all five days of the course without missing any programs. The certificate will be issued under the Movement Flow School, and those who pass the course will be eligible for Level 2 and Teacher Training programs in the future.


The Road Ahead:
Completing the Movement Flow education requires three stages of development. Level 1 teaches you the theory and protocols of Movement Flow, and you will integrate this education into your own body. Level 2 is physically demanding and will test your edges. To become a Movement Flow Teacher, you must complete Level 3 (prerequisite: Level 1).
