Join us for the Level 1 Movement Flow Training in Oslo! This 5-day intensive course is designed to combine elements from yoga, dance, acrobatics, hand balancing, martial arts, and more into a comprehensive practice that will make you faster, stronger, more controlled, and fluid in your movements.

* Soft Acrobatic: Learn the foundations of acrobatic movements with achievable progressions.
* Mind vs Matter: Push your mental limits with techniques inspired by Shaolin monks.

Facilitator:
Slava Goloubov, the creator of Movement Flow, will guide you through each session with personalized attention and feedback. Slava’s expertise comes from training with circus coaches, Shaolin monks, professional acrobats, and martial arts teachers worldwide.

Certification:
Attend all 5 days to receive the Movement Flow Level 1 Certificate. After completing the course, you’ll have the ability to teach the Movement Flow system. All we require is the submission of the 30 transitions you’ll learn. After a review, you’ll receive a teacher certificate.
