The purpose of the Level 1 Training is not only to become a Yoga Teacher to elevate others. The ultimate goal of the Level 1 Training is to become You, and to be your own Teacher every moment of your life.
The Level One Aquarian Teacher Training is a professional certification program in Kundalini Yoga certified by the Kundalini Research Institute (KRI), and taught by the AAA International Kundalini Yoga School.
Kundalini Yoga Brisbane offers the only official certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training in Queensland, with more than ten years of training KRI-accredited teachers from all over Australia. The AAA’s renowned International Kundalini Yoga School has over twenty-five years of experience training thousands of students in Asia, Australia, and Europe.

Module 1 (Foundation): November 10-16, 2024 (on-site)
Module 2 (5 Elements): February 9-15, 2025 (on-site)
Module 3 (Self): March 15-16; May 10-11; Jun 7-8, 2025 (online)
