Speaker: Doug Beck
Douglas J. Beck brings over a decade of experience as a real estate investor, having transacted on more than $120 million in real estate deals. As both a borrower and a lender, he has deep expertise in fix-and-flip, new construction, and rental property DSCR loans. Having personally borrowed tens of millions of dollars for real estate investments, Douglas understands firsthand the challenges borrowers face and what they need to succeed. Doug has done literally hundreds of JV deals on wholesale and fix and flip projects, and had multiple business partnerships in title insurance, real estate brokerage, construction, lending and more.

My wife and I live in Cape Coral, Florida. Our real estate journey began when purchased a home in Southwest Florida during the Real estate crash at a low point. We are using it a as vacation rental and it has been rented for the winter season to snowbirds. We also completely rehabed a foreclosure in Vermont as we lived in it and sold it less than a year later. We have had some good success in real estate. We are both professionals in mid career. We would like to slowly build a real estate portfolio to provide passive income as we prepare for retirement. Owner and CEO of RMC Redevelopment. Mike is doing business in Florida and Georgia.

Casey is a licensed attorney in the state of Florida and currently serves as Corporate Counsel for Beacon Pointe. In addition to his legal career, he is an experienced real estate investor actively involved in numerous successful real estate partnerships.
