Join us for Let’s Sit, a four-week meditation series designed to help you cultivate a mindful life. Each Monday from 7–8 PM, we’ll explore themes that encourage awareness in both our home life and community.
Tara Rook will guide you through a themed meditation each week, incorporating breathwork, visualizations, mantras, and mudras to support your practice. After the meditation, we’ll engage in an open community discussion—a collective reflection on how mindfulness shows up in our daily lives.
Come to one class or all four—whatever fits your schedule. No experience needed—just an open heart and mind.
Bring something comfortable to sit on, a journal and pen for reflections, and water or herbal tea.
