About this Event

Hi! I'm Ashley Reyes, Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I've been working as a therapist for 8 years and have had the privilege to embark on many healing journeys.

As a trauma informed therapist & simply navigating this world with you-I see the need to release so much from our mind & bodies.

Our bodies hold onto emotions not just in our minds, but physically in our muscles, nervous system, and even our posture. Emotions can become trapped in the body, manifesting as tension, fatigue, anxiety, or even chronic pain. This emotional residue builds up when we suppress feelings instead of expressing them.

Screaming can be a powerful release. It activates the vagus nerve, which helps regulate our stress response and brings the body back into balance. Letting out a primal scream releases pent-up energy, clears emotional stagnation, and provides a cathartic reset. It’s not about being out of control—it’s about reclaiming control through full, honest expression.

This is an opportunity to connect with your breathe, mind, body & to RELEASE what has been weighing heavy on your heart.
