Welcome to Letters To The Self: A Healing Journey #2 - The Hip , a transformative Gentle Yoga + Sound bath + Journaling event!
We often hear that hips are the emotional junk drawer of the body. We kick off the workshop with a gentle yoga session focusing on hip-opening poses. Through mindful movement, we'll work on easing the muscles in the hip joint and pelvis, including the buttocks, hamstrings, inner thighs and groin.
As the physical body yields, stagnant energy can begin to flow while we allow ourselves to soften emotionally, accompanied by the sounds of gongs, alchemy crystal bowls and tibetan bowls.
The uplifting scent of white tea will accompany this experience. The workshop will end with a short journaling session with prompts from the facilitator and a chance to intuit Divine guidance for yourselves using Oracle cards.
