LetssingPoetry: Overview
Have you ever felt that our lives are woven together by the threads? That regardless of our individual uniqueness, we all go through similar things? From Birth, growth, challenges, and triumphs, victories, they come to us all. Yet, one thing that anchors us is, capturing these moments on paper, preserving them as testaments to God’s grace, even when we forget.
LetssingPoetry Night is a celebration of this shared experience, a haven for writers, poets, and dreamers alike. Whether you’ve penned countless verses or kept your thoughts tucked away in the pages of a journal no one has yet seen, this night is for you.
Opportunities will be given to you to create, connect and share your words and experience through poetry, prose, and art. To shine a light on lessons learned and inspire those still searching for their voice.
Theme: "It is written"
Rediscovering our preordained purpose in Christ through God’s providence, as He intentionally weaves our gifts and calling into our ultimate identity in Him. It is a call to explore our commitment to respond in obedience, to recognize and bear witness to the greater story being written by the Father—a story that ultimately reveals Jesus and glorifies His name.
