About this Event
This TTL workshop will take you through a journey on how we begin to listen and talk with one another about our democracy, our politics and what matters to us as US citizens. Utilizing strategies and ideas from best selling books on the topic and Joan's background in teaching and staff development, you will leave with renewed hope on reaching others, a skill set to launch conversations and a strategy to win against the contempt social media has created, tearing at the very fabric of communities. We can save democracy, one conversation at a time. It's up to us.
