Presented in collaboration with Junior League of Reading and Berks Teens, join us for a judgment-free, stigma-breaking event where real medical professionals lead an honest, down-to-earth conversation about puberty and periods. This session is designed to share the facts, build confidence, and offer practical tips so kids and teens feel informed, supported, and ready for the next chapter of growing up.

📍 Reading Hospital School of Health Sciences, Sullivan Auditorium, 1025 Old Wyomissing Road, Reading
Open to 3rd to 8th grade students with a trusted adult or chaperone. All youth registrants receive a period pampering kit. Light refreshments will be served.
💗 Giving back: We will be collecting new and gently used bras of all sizes and styles to support local agencies serving those in need.
Registration is required and space is limited.
